These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Kyudo Cortex LLC, which operates as “Kyudo Labs” (“Kyudo Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at kyudolabs.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing the business-to-business AI infrastructure services of Kyudo Cortex LLC, including venture studio work, multi-agent RAG architecture, and zero-trust orchestration. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or investment advice, nor an offer to provide services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, branding, design systems, and the Kyudo Labs name and marks — is owned by Kyudo Cortex LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. No license or right to any Kyudo Labs mark is granted by your use of the Site.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyudo Cortex LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Submitting an inquiry through the Site’s contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Kyudo Cortex LLC. Any engagement for services is established only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
